You can manage the app with the same credentials you use to access the web service.

The app includes all the main features of the Aruba Electronic Invoicing service.

You will be able to:

• Create, send, receive, and manage your electronic invoices;
• Automatically create credit notes from existing invoices;
• Manage the automatic affixing of the stamp duty on invoices;
• Manage all billing settings, such as the seller's registry, tax profile, cases, and withholdings, and transmit all data to your customers and suppliers through QR code reading.
• Configure multiple billing accounts and switch between them without exiting the app.
• Moreover, through the app, you can also manage the new additional module for collections and payments, for managing collections and payments in installments and invoices that include a schedule, ledger, installment management, and bank reconciliation.

The app will allow you to have a mobile management of all your activities: all you need is a device connected to the internet.
